Meet Olwen!

Olwen found himself at the shelter after he nipped at a young child. We don't know the full story, as that's never passed on to rescues. We think it would be best to simply find him a home without young children. His tail is broken, so maybe that has something to do with it. :(

Olwen has been good with us and good for grooming, but did growl once early on. This may have been over his food bowl or just getting to know us, so we've hand fed him several times and that has gone well.

We don't know if he's housetrained or not, but likely is. He has been fairly need in his crate after the first few days.

A completed adoption application and home visit are required for approval to adopt a CARE dog. Out of state adoptions okay. All dogs receive a distemper/parvovirus vaccine(s), kennel cough vaccine, rabies vaccine, dewormer, monthly heartworm prevention, flea & tick prevention and treatment if needed, microchip, and are spayed/neutered through CARE.
