Cameron was thrown out like trash at the shelter. The monster couldn't even be bothered to wait until the shelter opened! Luckily, one of our volunteers was at the shelter to pick up other dogs in need. Cameron was saved from 4 lanes of traffic and taken into the shelter for admission. Once his stray hold was up, vet exam, vaccines, etc. were done, we went and pulled him too.
Now Cameron is well on his way to that great life he deserves. His skin is healing, his spirit has remained joyful and playful, now he just has another DHPP vaccine and neuter to go (8/30/22).

A completed adoption application and home visit are required for approval to adopt a CARE dog. Out of state adoptions okay. All dogs receive a distemper/parvovirus vaccine(s), kennel cough vaccine, rabies vaccine, dewormer, monthly heartworm prevention, flea & tick prevention and treatment if needed, microchip, and are spayed/neutered through CARE.
