This girl is beautiful, loving and smart! She gets along with other dogs, but may be best to avoid putting her with toy breeds. She was fine with smaller dogs and cats, but then started showing more interest. It's possible, with her young age that she would respond well with proper training.

Ava Lee is a social butterfly and loves to play. Ava Lee is housetrained, leash trained and crate trained.

She is heartworm positive & on "slow kill" heartworm treatment (oral meds, stage I heartworm infection, no heartworm disease). This will be completed through CARE and does not hold her up from adoption.

A completed adoption application and home visit are required for approval to adopt a CARE dog. Out of state adoptions okay. All dogs receive a distemper/parvovirus vaccine(s), kennel cough vaccine, rabies vaccine, dewormer, monthly heartworm prevention, flea & tick prevention and treatment if needed, microchip, and are spayed/neutered through CARE.
