About CARE

Cullen's Archangel RescuE, Inc. (CARE) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue group formed in late 2003. Our mission is to educate the community about pet care, help animals in need, decrease the amount of strays in our community, and provide shelter for animals who are in need of adoption; including those who are considered 'non-adoptable'. While most of the animals we rescue are cats and dogs, we also rescue farm animals and exotic pets such as birds, reptiles, and rodents. All donations are tax deductible.


We strive to provide support and education about the importance and benefits of:

• Spay and Neuter 
• Vaccinations
• Socialization
• Training
• Nutrition
• Heartworm Testing, Prevention and Treatment
• Proper Care (food, shelter, water, special needs)
  
  CARE is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, no kill animal rescue group. We are primarily located in and around Columbia, SC. We also have a few volunteers in GA, MD, and PA. We focus mainly on rescues in SC, but we do adopt out of state (from NY down to FL). We do not have a shelter and operate out of just a few private foster homes. We are constantly in need of more volunteers and foster homes. If interested, please contact us for more information. The animals need you more than you know!
