Jocko was left behind in an apartment complex when his owner moved out. A blind man in the building took to Jocko and was caring for him as best he could. He could not afford Vet care for him, though, so Animal Control would not let him keep Jocko. Jocko is now in foster care.

Jocko loves children, is good with dogs and appears to be good with cats. I don't think he knew what a cat was until he met them in his foster home. He does enjoy chasing the squirrels.

Jocko is housetrained and has great house manners. He has been neutered, fully vetted, and microchipped. Luckily, he is heartworm negative and is now on monthly prevention to keep him that way!  

Jocko will try to get out of a fenced yard and he can go through very small spaces so extra care must be taken. He prefers to be inside snuggling with you, anyway. Jocko walks on a leash and loves to play.

Please give Jocko his forever home. He is such a great dog that he has taken our hearts; he is so special. We are crate training Jocko and he is doing well.
